WILLIAM DESSEL
Managing Partner
William is a Managing Partner and Director of Insurance Services at D&R Consulting. He has his Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses. William started his insurance career in 2007. He specializes in insuring middle market and large firms. His well-rounded expertise and attention to detail allow him to provide comprehensive coverage for all insurance needs.
William is a proud alumnus of Queens College. He currently resides in East Setauket, NY with his wife and 3 children.
JOSHUA ZEMSKY
Managing Partner
Joshua is a Managing Partner at D&R Consulting. He primarily focuses on retirement plans and works with each of his clients to personally design their retirement plans to help them get maximum service and protection in the most cost-effective way. Joshua has a wide array of clientele spanning many industries including private equity, software, and logistics, amongst many others. Joshua started his career in 2011 at Morgan Stanley and has been specializing in retirement plans since.
Joshua is a proud alumnus of the University of Georgia. He currently resides in Oyster Bay, NY with his wife Madison.
